This was my Mom's recipe from way back.
6 oz. cooked noodles
1 stick butter or margarine.
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c - 3/4 c. heavy cream
Melt butter/margarine in a microwave safe bowl on high for 45 seconds in the microwave.
Add Parmesan and cream to butter. Use a wire whip to whip. Put back in microwave on med-high for 2 minutes. Stir well and pour over the warm cooked noodles and toss
