Really quick chicken dish

My husbands favorite meal is my favorite to prepare. It is quick and has little clean up and little preparation.

4 chicken breasts
1 container feta cheese
dried parsley
lemon juice *I use the plastic lemon in the produce isle
can of diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Put the **thawed if frozen** chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the tops with lemon juice *about 2 T.
Salt and pepper.
Spread feta over the top and dust with dried parsley *again about 2 T.
Drain the tomatoes and pour over top *you don't want excess liquid.
Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes until the juices run clear.

THATS IT!!

I make rice in the rice cooker and steam broccoli or green beans over the top of the rice.
I have made this for company, it looks like a labor intensive meal and is really yummy with little effort and little clean up. It's CHEAP too!
