Sausage and Cheese Cup

1 lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage (frozen in tube)
2.5 cups of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing
1 package of Wanton Wrappers
(makes 24 cups)

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Criss-Cross Wanton Wrappers and form into cupcake tin to make a cup. Once oven is preheated place empty cupcake tin w/ wrappers in the oven for 5-7 minutes to crisp and form cup. Remove from oven and leave in cupcake tin.

Brown sausage in pan. Once it is completely cooked pour into a bowl and stir in ranch dressing. Then add the Monterey Jack cheese and stirring well.

Add mixture to wanton cups and place back into oven for 8-10 minutes until wrappers are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

Remove cups from tin and place on platter.

I made these in mini cupcake tins (tozzi tins) using only one wonton wrapper. Great hors d'oeuvre!

Replace sausage for hamburger

Replace the sausage and use hambuger instead
keep the ranch optional and them top with regular toppings makes for a great cheesy buger minus the bun!!
