My family loves to have breakfast for dinner and this is one of our all time favorites! It is quick to make and the cleanup is very easy.

you will need:
6-8 pieces of bread (depends on the number of people you are feeding)* also, use any kind of bread you like don't be afraid to experiment.
1 cup of lowfat milk or canned milk (choose which one suits your dietary preference)
2 eggs (beaten)
cinnamon 1tsp
nutmeg 1 tspn
vanilla or almond flavoring 2 tspns
1/3 cup brown sugar
mix all the afore mentioned ingredients in a medium mixing bowl (except bread that will be dipped in the mixture)
filling:
6-8 eggs (depends on the size of your family.)
scramble eggs firmly but not too done
6-8 cooked suasage patties or other breakfast meat (whichever brand you prefer is fine)
Make sandwiches out of bread, sausage and eggs, press together and dip in french toast mixture. Cover the entire sandwich including sides and the cook until browned in a pre-heated, buttered frying pan cook on each side until brown.
Now add some syrup and you and your family are ready to enjoy stuffed french toast!
